GW4A-12124140.51725/126145/170D(W) Switch Disconnector are kinds of outdoor HV electricity transmission equipment’s at three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz/60Hz. It’s used for breaking or connecting HV lines under no loads so that the power lines can be changed and connected and the way the electricity runs is changed. in addition, it can be used to exercise safe electrical insulation for such HV electric apparatuses as bus and breaker.
This product has two insulators with horizontal center breaks. itis openable in the middle and accessible to the grounding switch on one side or two sides. The Switch Disconnector adopts CS14G or CS11 manual operating mechanism or CJ2 motor-based operating mechanism to realize the tri-pole linkage. The earthing switch adopts CS14G manual operating mechanism to realize tri-pole linkage.
In August 2005, this product passed the improvement technology review by State Grid Corporation (Jiangsu provincial branch).
GW4A Switch Disconnector comprises three single poles and operating mechanism. Each pole comprises a base, post insulators and conductive parts. Removable insulating posts are mounted at both sides of a long base, The conducive switch blade's contact arms are respectively fixed at the tops of the insulating posts. When the insulating post at one end of the actuator revolves to drive, with the help of the crossover lever, the reverse rotation of the insulating post at the other end by 90", the conductive switch blade will rotate on the horizontal surface to realize the starting and closing of the isolating switch. A horizontal insulating open break will appear at the opening moment.

2、 Adopt particular copper alloy to develop the self-contained contact, The contact point is tightened by the elastic force of the contact itself. The contact spring is eliminated to avoid possible drop of the contact in gripping force due to the spring's corrosion and shunting, heating and annealing, possible increment in contact resistance, and possible vicious cycle of the growing heat of the contact. The contact is made of curved copper plate, forming a large connection area with he conductive arm. In the opening and closing processes, there isa short trip of friction between the contact and the finger and he required operating force is small. 3、 The rotating parts of the disconnect switch are designed to be free of any maintenance. The rotating base is designed into a seal structure which denies the access of moisture, dust and harmful gases so that No.2 low-temperature lubricating cream within the bearing will not run off or harden, Within the bearing base are thrust ball bearing and radial ball bearing, both of which will share the gravity and horizontal component of the Switch Disconnector so that the operating torque will not increase after the long-term operation of the disconnect switch.
