Product Detail

15 - 350W ultra-small volume shell-type switching power supply without PFC. Its core features include wide power coverage (covering all small and medium powers), no power factor correction (low cost, suitable for scenarios without mandatory energy efficiency standards), ultra-small volume (saving installation space and adaptable to compact devices), and shell structure (providing basic protection and allowing for integrated or exposed installation). It is mainly used to power small and medium-power electronic devices that are sensitive to power supply volume, have limited space, and do not need to strictly meet high power factor standards (such as in consumer-grade, civil, small commercial, or portable scenarios). Its application scenarios focus on the core needs of "tight space + power adaptation + cost sensitivity", as follows:

1. Smart home and Internet of Things (IoT) devices, such as electric curtains, smart door locks, indoor and outdoor sensors, etc.

2. Industrial control and small automation modules, such as PLCs, small assembly lines, relay control modules, industrial sensors, etc.

3. Embedded systems and small devices, such as vending machines, express delivery lockers, etc.

Features:

Wattage:15W-350W

Universal AC Input

Miniature size, non-PFC,low weight,high efficiency

LED indicator for power on

100% full load burn-in test

2 years warranty

What are the routine tests for outdoor voltage transformers?
What are the routine tests for outdoor voltage transformers?
1. IntroductionOutdoor voltage transformers are key equipment for ensuring the safety of electrical apparatus. Scientific and comprehensive test analysis is required to avoid hazards and property losses caused by improper operation. Test analysis can guide the formulation of operation strategies and precautions, ensure the stable operation of equipment, and maximize economic and social benefits.2. Concept of Outdoor Voltage TransformersAn outdoor voltage transformer is essentially an outdoor ste

Analysis and Handling of Metering Abnormality of 35 kV Outdoor Combined Transformer
Analysis and Handling of Metering Abnormality of 35 kV Outdoor Combined Transformer
1. IntroductionFrequent occurrences of PT burnout and primary - side fuse melting in combined transformers lead to inaccurate energy meter measurement and seriously threaten the safe operation of the power grid. This paper focuses on the repeated PT damage and fuse melting issues of a 35 kV combined transformer, investigates the fault causes, proposes solutions, and recovers the incorrect electricity quantity through correction coefficients. This effectively reduces grid losses and mitigates ser

Analysis of an Explosion Accident of a 35 kV Voltage Transformer
Voltage transformers (PTs) consist of iron cores and winding coils, working similarly to transformers but with small capacity. They convert high voltage to low voltage for protection, measurement and metering devices, widely used in plants/stations. Classified by insulation: dry - type (≤6 kV), cast - type (indoor 3 - 35 kV), oil - immersed (outdoor ≥35 kV), and SF₆ gas - filled (for combined appliances).During substation operation, accidents from PT electromagnetic resonance or insulation

What Tests Does a Qualified Outdoor Current Transformer Need to Pass?
What Tests Does a Qualified Outdoor Current Transformer Need to Pass?
Hey everyone, I’m Oliver, and I’ve been working in current transformer (CT) testing for 8 years. From running around with test equipment on site to now leading full inspection teams, I’ve seen how thousands of outdoor CTs go through a whole series of tests — like going through a military training camp — before they can finally be put into service.A few days ago, a friend asked me:“Oliver, our factory just produced a new batch of outdoor CTs. We’re getting

What should be noted when selecting and installing outdoor current transformers?
Hey everyone, I'm James, and I've been working with current transformers (CTs) for 10 years. From running around job sites with my mentor, wiring and debugging equipment, to now leading substation projects and handling all kinds of complex CT issues — I’ve worked with a lot of outdoor current transformers over the years. And trust me, I’ve made mistakes, learned from them, and picked up some real-world experience along the way.A few days ago, a fellow engineer asked me:“Ja

What are the methods to reduce the failure rate of outdoor current transformers?
What are the methods to reduce the failure rate of outdoor current transformers?
I. Research Reasons and Background1. Importance of Current TransformersCurrent transformers play the role of current transformation and electrical isolation. They convert the large current of the primary system into a proportional small secondary current, which is supplied to measuring instruments, relay protection, and automatic devices. In the power system, the role of current transformers is irreplaceable and directly plays a key role in the safe and stable operation of the power grid.2. Hars
