Overview

FLUSARC - Safe· Reliable· Environmental-friendly
FLUSARC, a type of the gas-insulated switchgear of Schneider Electric, features quite high safety and reliability, which can ensure the continuous and stable operation of the power system and the personal safety of operators. Meanwhile, the equipment also has a user-friendly operation interface to facilitate operation of field operators. FLUSARC completely conforms to the latest environmental protection requirements.

FLUSARC - Simple· Innovative· Cost-Effective
FLUSARC is fully applicable to industrial distribution network, new energy, mining, metallurgy, petrochemical industry, fuel and gas, railway power supply, container base and shipbuilding industry.

FLUSARC is manufactured with modern and innovative design concept of switchgear, and there are several schemes available for selection. It is a gasinsulated switchgear with rated voltage of 40.5 kV, rated current of 630 A and rated breaking current of 25 kA.

FLUSARC’s design is compact and modular, with great flexibility and maintenancefree during its service life. It is also very suitable for places with limited space or where old switches are upgraded by using existing foundations.

Fluarc is a kind of cost-effective switchgear, which can be spliced from the front at the time of installation, expansion and dismantling. Due to the innovative solid bus connection, any gas treatment operation is not necessarily required in the field.

FLUSARC has been tested according to IEC standards and Chinese GB standards.

User benefits

  • The switchgear cabinet is expanded, so gas treatment operation is not necessarily required in the field.

  • User-friendly interface

  • Reliable operation and operator safety guaranteed

  • Low cost

  • Environmental-friendly and easy to recycle

What are the polarity test methods for GIS current transformers?
What are the polarity test methods for GIS current transformers?
I’m Oliver, an 8 - year current transformer testing pro. Today, let’s break down new and old polarity test methods for GIS current transformers—how they work and their pros/cons.1.Testing Methods1.1New MethodPre - test ops: Open FDS21/FDS22 fast disconnectors + DS23 disconnector. Close CB21 breaker, then ES21/ES22 grounding disconnectors. Disconnect ES21’s SF6 - shell ground.Wiring: Connect battery between ES21’s moving contact (negative grounded) + ground electrode

Maintenance and Diagnostic Analysis of Current Transformers in GIS Equipment
I'm Oliver, with 8 years of experience in current transformer testing. These are all practical experiences, shared with you1 Maintenance of Current TransformersHaving been in the business of current transformer testing for 8 years, I know a thing or two about their maintenance! The maintenance of current transformers is divided into minor repairs, intermediate repairs, and major overhauls.Minor repairs mainly involve opening the cover (if necessary) and changing the oil, usually carried out once

What are the possible causes of cracking failure in CT terminal blocks within GIS equipment?
What are the possible causes of cracking failure in CT terminal blocks within GIS equipment?
Gas - insulated switchgear (GIS) , often called “SF6 combined electrical apparatus”, is widely used in power systems for its high reliability, small footprint, low noise, and low loss. It encloses high - voltage devices like circuit breakers, fast grounding switches, current transformers, and busbars in a grounded metal shell filled withSF6gas. Each device sits in a separate gas chamber with different pressures. The CT terminal block divides gas chambers, connects components, and eas

Development of an Outdoor Integrated Low - Voltage Current Transformer
Development of an Outdoor Integrated Low - Voltage Current Transformer
In power grid construction, line losses reflect planning, design, and operation management. They’re key for evaluating power systems. For refined low - voltage transformer area line loss management, accurate line loss counting is critical. So, solidifying basic data, ensuring data accuracy, and proper original data collection matter for analysis. We must also optimize factors affecting collection accuracy, make preventive measures, and boost refined line loss management.1 Current Status of
