Description:
LW35S-252 self-energizing SF6 circuit-breaker (with spring operating mechanism) is outdoor three-phase AC 50Hz high-voltage power transmission and transformation equipment, which is used to divide and combine rated current, break fault current or convert line to realize power transmission and transformation system The control and protection of the three-pole opening, closing and fast automatic reclosing operation can be carried out.
The circuit-breaker adopts the principle of self-energy type arc extinguishing, has the advantages of simple structure, small size, small operation power, high reliability, easy installation and low noise. It is a new generation of self-energetic series high pressure SF6 gas circuit-breaker developed by our company.
Main Features:
Less consumption of SF6 gas, beneficial for environmental protection. When other kinds of circuit breaker at 0.6 MPa must be filled with SF6 of 27 kg/set, this kind of circuit breaker only need 19.3 kg/set.
Dynamic sealing system adopts advanced Glyd ring and Step seal to reduce starting friction and prevent leakage.
Adopt imported control valve of stable performance and anti-slow-opening function in case of pressure loss.
Two sets of independent opening control circuit are adopted in hydraulic mechanism with two sets of relay protection to enhance service reliability.
Technical parameter:
What are the moisture content requirements in the interrupter interrupter of the tank circuit breaker?
Moisture Content: The SF₆ gas in the arc quenching chamber has strict limits on moisture content, typically requiring it to be no more than 150 ppm (by volume). Moisture can react with the substances produced when SF₆ gas decomposes under the influence of the arc, generating corrosive substances such as hydrofluoric acid and sulfur dioxide. These corrosive substances can corrode the internal metal components and insulating materials of the arc quenching chamber, accelerating the aging and damage of the equipment, and affecting its service life and performance.
Moisture Condensation: Moisture can also condense into liquid water in low-temperature environments, reducing the pressure of the SF₆ gas and affecting the insulation performance and arc-quenching effectiveness of the arc quenching chamber.
